Can't do a damn pinch harmonic and squeal on guitar!?

I know how to do a pinch harmonic and squeal but my amp doesn't sound like I wanted too. It just sounds like..crap. Can anybody help me change it. I've got a cube-60 put it to clean. Bass is at 5.1, middle is 4.7, treble is 5.4, presence is at 5.1. I've got a equalizer (ge-7) 100 is 0, 200 is 10, 400 Is -10, 800 is -15, 1.6k is at -10, 3.2k is at 5 and 6.4k is at 15. Level is in the middle. I've got the Digtech "Metal master; heavy metal distortion" level is at 3/4 low is all the way hi is 1/2 morph is the same. Help!
