Help with my hair please ?

Okay , so I need to know whats up with my hair . My hair is short-ish , and if I dont straighten it , its wavy , frizzy , and dry. I wash my hair everyday and my shampoo is Head and Shoulders. My hair also takes a while to grow , its been like 5 months since my last haircut and recently I just noticed it got like an inch longer. I hate this chuz.i want my hair to be long, thick and healthy pretty looking. And I used to straighten my hair all the time but I dont go to school anymore so I stopped. I just scrunch it. So now I wanna know what shampoo/products should I use on my hair? Any tips are appreciated!! Thanks (:
