SUBWOOFER IS NOT LOUD?

Check the high-level input connections. If you mixed up the positive and negative connections on one of the two input channels, you'll end up with almost no output from the amp because the left and right signals will cancel each other out. Just to test, you can try reversing the connections on one pair of inputs (but not both); or just disconnect one input channel altogether and see if that affects the bass.
