In Itunes, how are you arranging your equalizer?!?

Equalizer varies for different music. There is no one setting that satisfies all genres. You may also want to set your equalizer differently for each audio source. It will sound different through your computer speakers when it is set up to sound good for headphones, as an example. I mainly listen to rock and metal, so I cut the low frequencies down, scoop out the middle frequencies, and boost the treble. When listening through my computer speakers, I just use the "Small Speakers" preset, which boosts the low frequencies, and cuts the highs. If you're listening to pop music, bass goes down, mids come up, treble goes down. If you have the unfortunate experience of listening to rap, just turn everything down until you can't hear it anymore;)
