How do i make these two wavy/straight parts of my hair curly like the rest of my hair?

so i have these two parts in my hair and there wavy/straight mostly straight but the rest of my hair is really curly so it looks really ugly and i want them to be curly ive tried scrunching them and curly them with my finger but it just falls straight again and i would prefer to stay away from curling irons and perming i want them to be naturally curly
