Sub getting power but no bass is coming out, no blown fuses, amp worked just the other day on diff stereo?

I installed a tablet in my car, got the 3.5mm running to the EQ input, and rcas running to the amp from the Sub output. The remote wire works and turns the equalizer on as well as the amp. The headphone jack on the tablet works cause I can listen to audio through headphones when plugged in and also through the charging dock that is also powering the tablet. The tablet charges when on the dock as well. If i run the 3.5mm directly from the tablet to the rcas on the amp, still get no sound. What can I do ?? PLEASE help if at all possible or have ANY suggestions what so ever. Thank you!
