No-heat hairstyles?? To do with bangs?

I'm starting boarding school in like a month or two and we have to wear our hair up! we are allowed to have our bangs down and everything, but i want some no-heat hairstyles that involving having my bangs up. they are like the legnth of front bangs or short side bangs. my hair is not THAT long, like a few inches below my shoulders. when i went to the school for my interview i noticed alot of girls with high-ish loose ponytails, alot of them were a little to the side. but all the girls had something to spice the hairdo up a bit, like a french twist etc. I'm really good at doing hairstyles on myself so its ok if they are hard. I have wavy-curly blonde hair. if i scrunch it its kind of taylor swift-ish but if i brush it and let it air-dry its just wavy-ish. thanks!!
