How do i hook up a graphic equalizer to my Sony HT-DDW900 receiver?

i have been looking around for different EQ's to buy because i really want one to make my speakers sound better and i want to know what jacks in the back of my receiver i would have to plug the EQ into. the receiver has a MD/Tape out jack and i read that might be where i hook it up to but im not too sure.
