Can i lose weight from doing this everyday?

Probably. I say probably because it will also depend on what you eat. If you increase what you're eating by more than the calories than you're burning, then you'd actually gain weight. Anyway, exercise is good. Push yourself to make more of that 30 minutes running instead of walking as you get more into it. Don't forget to stretch before AND after your run/walks. Stretching makes a huge difference. Good luck!
