Audio Programs: Sound effect?

My computer runs Windows 7, on Nvidia Geforce with CUDA card, and i would like to download Realtek HD Audio Manager. But i can't seem to run it. Can anyone suggest how to solve this or any other audio programs with sound effect: environment, karaoke with with high and low keys, equalizer?
